About us

The Senegalese Leaders of Tomorrow (S.L.O.T) Inc is an IRS recognized 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit organization based in Richmond, Virginia. S.L.O.T Inc was founded on the principle of one Nation, One Goal & One Faith. S.L.O.T is uniquely positioned to support refugees and immigrants in the relocation and acclamation process. S.L.O.T. provides them with resources, guidance, translation services and a welcoming hand to help their transition through probably the most traumatic experience they’ve ever had; and tries to prevent further trauma by anticipating their needs

Lack of information and guidance are major contributors to these problems
SLOT Leaders have inadequate skills, experience, exposure and confidence communicate their wants and needs effectively with professionals and leaders in their communities and around the world.

3# PURPOSE

The purpose of SLOT Inc is to empower the immigrants and refugees to achieve independence, stability and full participation in their new communities, ultimately fostering a more inclusive and diverse society.

S.L.O.T Inc. believes that immigrants are vital to the development of society as they contribute to the day-to-day growth that benefit the Nation.
